POLICIES
WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES LISTED BELOW:
Make sure your skin is prepped for your appointment. Please avoid any harsh exfoliants at least 72 hour prior to service
$25 NONREFUNDABLE deposit required when booking appointment (deposit price may vary depending on service)
To maximize relaxation and results, we ask that you please not bring any extra guests unless for translation purposes
If experiencing any symptoms of illness, cold sores, pink eye, etc., please inform us ASAP so we can get you rescheduled
LATE POLICY: If running late we kindly ask that you let us know that way we can do our best to accommodate. Please note that if more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate and may need to reschedule. In which case, the deposit will be kept and a new deposit will be required to get rescheduled
CANCELLATION POLICY: If needing to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to service will be required to pay a 50% service cancellation fee in order to book any future appointments
NO SHOW POLICY: No call no shows will be considered a last minute cancellation and will be required to pay the 50% service see to rebook any future appointments
DISCOUNTS / PROMO CODES: Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined. After codes expire, they will not be accepted under any circumstance
